thank you very much for asking about satisfaction! I'm very happy with the clothing custom-made.. It fits very comfortable and the sizes are good. I'm getting lots of questions and compliments about the green linnen pants and really enjoy wearing it, as it fits well and gives a pleasant feeling due to the weight and soupleness of the linnen.
For the black cotton dress, I really love it. However, I washed it per hand at first and the cotton shrank more than the lining inside, which hung too low. I've solved this problem by sewing the lining inside so that it is not visible. The buttons are very hard (probablly because of the thickness of the cotton?) and the neck closes a bit too tight, but all in all, I like it and I have recommended your site to many friends and colleagues.
I've also tried to wash the black little shoes, as the smell of the chemicals in them make it impossible to wear them actually. Sadlly, I have not succeeded to get the smell off, which means that I'm not wearing them. Maybe you have a tip on how to get the chemincal smell off?
PS: are you aware that your mails are listed by spam filters on the very high risk and therefore get discarded by the serious spam filters??? I've missed some mails apparently, as they get deleted immediately due to their risk levels. Maybe something to consider in the future?
