With the battle array of these Warriors and horse having been beautifully reproduced in miniature harkening back to a dramatic period in China’s rich past Upon playing with them, you are instantly taken back in time to China’s a mazing ancient battlefields-unmatched in both fascination and sheerawe.

Each beautifully sculpted chess piece, from the simple pawn to the king, is an exact replia of the life-size Warriors an horses discovered in all three pits, including the terracotta scholars, soldiers, and archers. Even both knights are exact replicas of the life-size chariot horses of bronze discovered at Qin-shi-huang-di’s tomb. The king, of course, is based entirely on the age of Qin-shi-huang-di, while his queen is designed based on the age of the Qin-shi-huang-di’s real-life queen.
