| Creating return requests |
| If you would like to create a return request, you could proceed
with the following steps: |
| 1. Firstly use your username and password to Login. |
 |
| 2. Select Orders history from Your cart menu. |
 |
| 3. Search for the order you would create a request for. |
| 4. Click on its number or status and you can see Order details
page. |
| 5. Scroll down to the Create return request form. |
Note. you can create return requests only for products the
product return time of
which is greater than 0 (zero). If you do not see the Create
return request form on the Order
details page, the creation of the return request is impossible.
It means that either the return
time of the products in your order is 0 (zero), or the time
during which the return request
could be placed expired. |

| 6. Select the amount of the product(s) you want to return. |
| 7. Select the reason for returning. |
| 8. Select the action you would like us to do for you. |
| 9. Leave the comments, if necessary. |
| 10. Click on Create. |

| After the return request has been successfully created, the confirming
certification appears on the top. |
 |
We will send an e-mail notification after we authorize your request.
You can click on the Return in Your cart menu to view the return requests
you have made. And you can see the current status of each request
in the Status column. |

Managing previously placed return requests
You can modify/delete the return requests you preciously placed via
the Returns item in Your cart menu.
To modify an existing return request
